Voice Mic Not Working After Troubleshooting

User is unable to use the voice mic feature. They have attempted standard troubleshooting steps, including checking browser/device permissions and ensuring the microphone icon is clicked, but the issue persists. The system is not picking up audio or transcribing voice input.
