Credits not being added

I have not used my account since September and still no free credits added i think your systems broke or its not actually free at all, some clarity is needed on this and not months down the road, Sat the other day as i had nothing to hours waiting for a non existent live agent, just looked at my laptop 3 days running waiting for an agent , so i think systems broken. Messages sent to support unanswered , how can you infest in something with such bad support and reading your users posts people paying for pro and still cant export.
