What plans does Kulp offer?
We currently offer four plans:
Free – Great for getting started - 25 credits/day (max up to 75 credits per month)
Starter($9/month) - Perfect for beginners with 150 credits/month
Pro ($25/month) – For serious builders with 500 credits/month (Can be increased up to 1000 credits/month for an extra $25/month )
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can manage your plan anytime from the Settings → subscriptions → Billing section in your Kulp dashboard.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new prompt limits and publishing access are unlocked right away.
Downgrades also take effect immediately - you’ll lose the current plan access and shift to downgrade plan immediately
You can upgrade again anytime without losing your projects.
If you downgrade your plan from pro plan to a starter or a free plan, you’ll lose all the access to published projects till you upgrade again.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit , debit cards, UPI & Net Banking . Payments are securely processed through our billing provider.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime.
Canceling stops future billing and deactivates live projects at the end of the current period
Will I lose my projects if I cancel?
No. All your projects and code are saved in your account. However, published/live projects will go offline unless you’re on an active paid pro plan.
Do you offer invoices?
Yes. You’ll receive invoices by email, and you can download past invoices anytime from your Billing settings.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Absolutely. Kulp supports both monthly and annual billing options.
You can toggle between them when selecting or updating your plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer automatic refunds once a billing cycle has started, but if something went wrong or you need help, contact our team → and we’ll do our best to assist.
