Something’s not working - what should I do first?
Start with these quick steps:
Refresh the page: Occasionally, a fresh load clears up minor UI glitches.
Check your internet connection: Some features rely on a stable connection to our backend and AI services.
Try again: If an action fails, give it one more try - it might just be a temporary hiccup.
I got an error while building - how do I fix it?
If something breaks during the build process:
Go to the “build issues” button at the top of your project.
Review any listed errors.
Click “Try to fix” to auto-resolve them using Kulp’s built-in error repair.
Most common issues can be fixed with a single click - no need to code each time
My prompt didn’t work as expected. Now what?
Try the following:
Use the “Enhance Prompt” feature to make your idea clearer.
Add more specific details about features, layout, or use cases.
Use voice input if that helps you explain your idea better.
If you're stuck, you can always start fresh with a new prompt or reach out for help.
I lost changes I made. Can I go back?
Yes!
Use the “Revert” option in your project to roll back to a previous version before your last update.
My preview looks broken or incomplete.
This can happen if something failed during generation:
Regenerate the last feature
Prompt again with more clarity
Use “Try to fix” if an error is detected
Nothing is showing in my live preview.
Make sure you’ve:
Generated at least one feature
Waited a few seconds after generation (build time may vary)
Refreshed the preview window
If the issue persists, check the “Build Issues” button for problems that need fixing.
When should I contact support?
If:
The “Try to fix” button doesn’t solve your problem
A published project isn’t loading
You’re seeing persistent errors across multiple prompts or features
